We provide a range of services specific to real estate. There is a natural synergy between realtor/broker, appraisal and inspection services. We bring a seamless flow to these functions.

We have strong relationships with area professionals in areas that we don't service, like: mortgage lenders, attorneys, surveyors and engineers. These are individuals and firms that we have worked with and feel are outstanding.

It depends on the services required. We practice in Northern Illinois, Kane County, DuPage County, Cook County, Will County, Dekalb County, Kendall County, McHenry County and Lake County.  We've also have completed out of state projects. Some of the smaller to mid-size jobs are limited to the Illinois Fox River Valley area.

Every job is unique. We do as much as we're qualified to do in-house. Other services necessary in order to reach a solution are outsourced. Examples are: surveying work, environmental phase assessments, soil testing, , architecture, engineering, and mortgage lending.
