Synergistic Services, Inc. was founded by William Reese Jr.  in 1997 with a mission to provide high quality, high integrity real estate services to individuals and  businesses.  

The company has experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate including: Brokerage Sales, Buyer Agency, Appraisals, Management, HUD Transactions, Condemnation and Right of Way, New Construction, Property Inspection, General Contracting, and many other ancillary areas.      

Our value comes from our experienced high level overview of real estate functions and our focus on the specific areas in which we serve.
